A fourteen bedroom hostel is one of the main features of the Ma-Mow-We-Tak Friendship Centre facility.  Accommodation is offered to the general public at reasonable rates.  Intake staff are on duty twenty-four hours a day to provide any necessary assistance.  The hostel is equipped with a washer and dryer for use by guests when required.  Wheelchair accessible washrooms are separate from the bedrooms and are equipped with showers.  A separate room houses a bathtub for guests who prefer baths.  A comfortable TV lounge provides a “home” type of atmosphere where guests can relax and visit.  Each room is now furnished with its own cable T.V.  The kitchen is open to the general population and they are often requested to cater functions.  An Intake Worker is available during office hours to ensure that appointment times of guests are met and to provide further assistance when required.  For further information on the Hostel Services please contact the Hostel Supervisor at 677-0965.
